Day 1–2: Oslo → Heddal → Rjukan


Leave Oslo and head west towards Heddal Stave Church, Norway’s largest and one of the most beautiful. Continue to Rjukan, a UNESCO World Heritage site surrounded by steep mountains.Take the Krossobanen cable car up to Hardangervidda for an evening walk on the plateau — and stay overnight by a mountain lake with panoramic views.
